The Control Centre is designed to be specialised for each user so they have the information and tools tailored to their needs. Through simple set-up tools, you can decide on what your shop managers see, whether it be just their shop or being able to compare themselves to other shops, you decide. You also have the flexibility to have shops in different groups, create league tables and set budgets and targets; all the tools you need to have an informed and motivated team.
Finance Reporting and Exports
The Wil-U Control Centre also has a raft of exportable reports that multiple teams within the charity can use to analyse days, weeks or even months of data of various types. In the finance realm, there are a range of Finance and Banking reports to import data into numerous popular accounting packages and facilitate reconciliations backed up by audit trails. We also offer an API if you are seeking a fully automated interface to your accounting or CRM solution.
