Stay Connected

Not every charity shop can have consistently good broadband, so we have taken a few steps to help. Our solutions operate at the highest level even if there is no internet availability; however, you still need connectivity to take card payments, so we can also offer a router with 4G, ensuring you can continue to trade unhindered.

Minimise Downtime

We all know that technology is not perfect; if your POS fails it can seriously impact your trading. Traditionally, waiting for an engineer to arrive with a new system is the norm, but not with Wil-U. In the rare circumstance a failure occurs, we will have your charity POS up and fully functioning within 30 minutes.
